COVID-19 Safety Protocols

What we ask of our Customers:

  • All paddlers must wear a face covering until safely on the water. 

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available to use before and after paddling.

  • Please book, pay, and complete your waiver online to reduce contact.

  •  Respect other paddlers by keeping your distance both on the beach and water.

  • Bring your own reusable water bottle and sunblock, we can't provide it currently.

  • If you have any symptoms,  please stay home. Contact us to reschedule!

  • All staff will wear face coverings until safely on the water.

  • We will sanitize all PFD's, paddles, and boats between every use. 

  • Employees will stay home if feeling sick.

  • Cones will be set up to ensure social distancing while waiting in line and recieving paddle intruction.

  • Our cancellation policy has been adjusted to allow for more flexibility so you feel confident booking with us. 

  • Tour group sizes will be limited to a max of 8 guests and distance will be maintained while on the water. 

  • Private experiences are being offered to make your family feel more comfortable paddling with us.

-the pond where we paddle is an average of 3 feet deep

-everyone will be outfitted in a PFD

-our staff will recommend a float plan for you based off the current weather situations!

p.s. don't worry about sharks (unless you're the slowest)
